Have you heard what people are saying?
The girls have really enjoyed the (Friendship) group, they have been very excited when I have gone to fetch them on Wednesdays. (Mrs Johnson, Mere Green Primary)
I wanted to email to say thank you for inviting me to the training last night. Both Lyndsay and Deb were expert in getting across useful strategies and showing what a positive mindset can do. Their knowledge and insight blew me away! I have certainly come back to school afresh with ideas of strokes, ego states and ways to manage worries, from the children's perspectives, the staff's and my own! Mrs Anna Stevenson (New Hall Primary)
The Our Place Mentoring Scheme demonstrates all the required elements of an effective and successful mentoring project. The scheme has a clearly planned, sustainable and monitored project with strong support mechanisms for both mentors and mentees. The value of the project to the mentees and mentors was made very clear during the assessment process. (Andrew Brookfield MBF)
I wanted to say a huge thank you to The Hub for allowing this support for my daughter. Her mentor has been seeing her on a weekly basis at school and she has really appeared to benefit from her talks, she states that she can talk openly to her mentor about her worries.
