CPR Counts, based in Sutton Coldfield, offers free Basic Life Support courses covering essential skills such as responding to heart attacks, cardiac arrests, choking incidents, and the use of defibrillators. These sessions are suitable for individuals aged 10 and above and are led by Mike Bennett, the Lead Resuscitation Officer for Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
